Test pre-travel/recovery certificate: PCR or Antigen

Test time:

You will need to present proof of a negative COVID RT-PCR test done within 72 hours of departure, or a rapid antigen test done within 24 hours of departure.  The results of the test must be certified by an accredited test provider and you should have your certificate available for inspection on arrival.

Children under 2 years of age do not need to present a test.

On arrival:

Travellers who present a negative test result will not need to take further tests or quarantine on arrival into Vietnam.

You must complete the pre-arrival form on the link below no more than 1 day before departure to Vietnam.  If you are entering into Hanoi airport, select Noi Bai Airport on the form for entry.  If you are arriving into Ho Chi Minh then select Tan Son Nhat Airport.
