Proof of vaccination:

You will be required to show your COVID-19 vaccinations to enter into the country as fully vaccinated.  You will be able to do this using the NHS COVID app.

Test pre-travel/recovery certificate: PCR or Antigen

Test time:

You must present a negative PCR test taken no more than 48 hours prior to departing for the Philippines, or a negative laboratory based Antigen test taken within 24 hours prior to departure.

This is applicable to all travellers.

On arrival:

If you are 18 years or older, you must have completed a primary course of COVID-19 vaccination and received at least one booster dose to be classed as fully vaccinated.  If you are aged 12-17 then you will need to have completed a primary course of a COVID-19 vaccination only.  if you are under 12 and your parent or guardian meet the above, then you can enter without being vaccinated.

You will be screen at the airport to which may include checking your vaccination status and also taking a thermal temperature check.

You should self monitor for symptoms of COVID19 for 7 days whilst in destination and report to the local authorities should you be displaying any symptoms.

 

Form pre-travel:

A Traveller Health Declaration form will need to be completed before travel.  Please check on the link below to see when you are able to complete the form needed for your destination.  You may need to either complete this form electronically, or print out and take with you to show at the airport of departure and arrival. It is important that you check the form as early as you can for time frames as this may need to be completed up to 7 days before travel, or as little as 24 hours before travel.

Local regulations:

You should wear a mask in public places both indoors and outdoors and follow all local guidance.  You should also try and social distance where possible.

You will need to be fully vaccinated if you are taking public transport in Manila.

You should closed monitor announcements bu local authorities to understand latest restrictions and regulations where you are.  These can change at short notice.
