Vaccinated Requirements
Entry Requirements for Vaccinated Visitors
Proof of vaccination:

You will be required to show your COVID-19 vaccinations to enter into the country as fully vaccinated.  You will be able to do this using the NHS COVID app.

Test pre-travel/recovery certificate: Not required
On arrival:

You should complete the entry application on the MySejahtera app (see pre arrival form below) no later than 7 days prior to travel to Malaysia.

You will also need to upload your digital COVID19 vaccine certificate no later than 7 days before departure onto the mysafetravel website.

Once both the processes above are complete, you will see your application status change in the MySejahtera app to "Digitial Travellers card will be issued".  You will not be allowed entry without this.

Children 17 years and below who are partially vaccinated or not vaccinated will be able to enter Malaysia with a test before travel and one on arrival but with no quarantine.  The test must be a PCR test taken no more than 2 days before departure.

Form pre-travel:

A Traveller Health Declaration form will need to be completed before travel.  Please check on the link below to see when you are able to complete the form needed for your destination.  You may need to either complete this form electronically, or print out and take with you to show at the airport of departure and arrival. It is important that you check the form as early as you can for time frames as this may need to be completed up to 7 days before travel, or as little as 24 hours before travel.
