Vaccinated Requirements
Entry Requirements for Vaccinated Visitors
Proof of vaccination:

You will be required to show your COVID-19 vaccinations to enter into the country as fully vaccinated.  You will be able to do this using the NHS COVID app.

Test pre-travel/recovery certificate: Not required
On arrival:

You will need to download the Peduli Lindungi App from Google Play or the App Store before travel and complete the information needed before travel.

You will be temperature screened on arrival and, should you be displaying symptoms for COVID19, you may have to take an additional test.

When entering in your address of the hotel you will be staying on the app, please ensure you enter your first hotel address in full.  Just the hotel name may not be sufficient.  Full address details will be able to be found on the hotel website.

You should ensure that you have all your paperwork with you, either digitally or printed to show on arrival.  You must also ensure you pay your visa on arrival once arriving into Bali.  You will also need to ensure you have adequate travel insurance which covers you for COVID19.

Form pre-travel:

A Traveller Health Declaration form will need to be completed before travel.  Please check on the link below to see when you are able to complete the form needed for your destination.  You may need to either complete this form electronically, or print out and take with you to show at the airport of departure and arrival. It is important that you check the form as early as you can for time frames as this may need to be completed up to 7 days before travel, or as little as 24 hours before travel.
