Proof of vaccination:

You will be required to show your COVID-19 vaccinations to enter into the country as fully vaccinated.  You will be able to do this using the NHS COVID app.

Test pre-travel/recovery certificate: Not required
On arrival:

You will need to demonstrate that you are fully vaccinated and this can be done on arrival using the NHS COVID pass. This should be printed out in advance rather than using the digital version, however you can print out the pass from the app.

If you have had COVID in the past year you will still be expected to comply with the entry requirements either for vaccinated or non vaccinated.  There is no provision currently to recognise a recovery certificate in Cambodia.

Form pre-travel: Not required

In Phnom Penh and Siam Reap you are able to eat at a restaurant and drink or buy alcohol. You may be asked for proof of vaccination to enter.

Gyms, casinos and nightclubs remain closed until further notice.

All land borders are closed, therefore you are not able to arrive or depart through any land border.  Only through the airport.

Test time:

You will need a certificate of negative COVID-19 PCR test within 72 hours of your arrival into Cambodia.  This must be issued from a competent health authority stating you do not have COVID-19.  The certificate should bear the stamp of the facility issuing it and be signed by a qualified medical practitioner to certify the result, show your name as indicated in your passport, the test date and your date of birth.

On arrival:

You will also need to ensure you purchase insurance through Forte Insurance website stipulated by the Cambodian authorities.  This is to cover you for medical up to $50,000 and is a government requirement.  You will need to print out evidence of this in colour on arrival.

You will transfer to your hotel where you will need to isolate for the 7 days.  You will also take a PCR test on the 7th day of quarantine conducted by health officials.  If this test is negative you will be able to leave quarantine and explore Cambodia and use the hotel facilities.

If you have had COVID in the past year you will still be expected to comply with the entry requirements either for vaccinated or non vaccinated.  There is no provision currently to recognise a recovery certificate in Cambodia.
